About Nicolas
I am Registred Nurse, I have a medical background that can be more than useful. I try to have empathic based method, in keeping with safety rules and health needs.
I’ve always been interested in nutrition and healthy way of life, I am able to give tips to correct or set suitable diet plans !
I also have a high level sport background for more than 15 years (Fitness, workout, HIIT, football, running, wakeboard) and some anatomy notions :)

My aim is to remain as close as possible to my client needs and restrictions and build a personalised plan and tracking.
In a first meeting I like to take some time setting goals and explaining. Then we build a personalised program and start working out !
