Everyone is different, with specific talents and weaknesses, and my job as a coach is to identify them and design an individual strategy to make you improve in the most efficient way.
We will design this program together, picking the best exercices for you and keeping track of the results.
The focus of this coaching will be on: technique, tactics and strategies, mental emotional/fear management, goals settings and the best work out to achieve them.
So let's enjoy and get that done!
Suitable for: no experience, beginner and intermediate climbers.
