About Aimée

I am a bilingual mother of two offering supportive, one-on-one French literacy help for young students navigating the British Columbia French Immersion program. Im interested in keeping french going in your household over the summer so Sept is not as much of a "catch up" for your child.

I hold a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Biology and a Master’s degree in Natural Resource Management, and I work in French on a regular basis in a professional setting. My strong academic background, combined with real-world French usage, allows me to explain concepts clearly and accurately—at a level children understand.

My experience as a figure skating coach, swimming instructor, and caregiver for young children has given me strong foundations in instruction, encouragement, and child-centered learning. I understand how to break skills down, meet children where they are, and create a positive learning environment that builds confidence rather than pressure.

By combining child awareness, instructional experience, and fluency in French, I support students in strengthening their reading, writing, and oral skills which helps them feel more confident, capable, and prepared at school.
