About Alae
Hi, I’m Alae! I’ve lived in multiple countries, and experiencing different cultures has shaped the way I connect with people. I speak French, Arabic, and English, and I also have strong knowledge of Turkish and German.
I’ve always loved learning languages because I believe they allow us to truly understand and connect with others. I want to share this passion and make learning languages fun and enjoyable.
I love traveling and discovering new cultures, and my experiences are enriched by my Franco-Canadian double degree, which allows me to grow academically and personally in different countries.

My goal is to help students feel comfortable and confident in French, no matter their level.
I will adapt each lesson to the student's needs, pace, and objectives, whether they want to improve for school, work, or personal reasons.
I pay special attention to writing, reading, comprehension, and speaking, always making sure the student understands before moving on.
I use an interactive teaching methodology with personalized lessons tailored to your specific goals. You can expect clear explanations of grammar and vocabulary, as well as practice through exercises, texts, and real-life examples.
What a typical lesson looks like:
- Review: We start with a short recap of previous material.
- Focus: We dive into a specific topic chosen by the student (writing, reading, oral comprehension, etc.).
- Practice: We use interactive and fun activities, such as watching clips from your favorite series, reading poems, or discussing your favorite books.
- Feedback: I end each session with tips on how to integrate French into your daily life to ensure steady progress.
I am patient, attentive, and encouraging. Most of all, I am a student just like you. I understand the pressure of learning a new language and the frustration of not being understood. Because of this, I make sure my students feel supported and never judged.
