About Colin
I have been a professional firefighter and paramedic for 20 years. Surprisingly, Algebra is very much a part of my career. I want to tutor Algebra because I truly enjoy it, not because I can make money! Give me a chance, and I hope your experience will encourage you to tell others about me.

I always loved doing Algebra problems, and have always wanted to help others experience the joy of being able to accomplish overcoming something new. I have helped my two grown daughters navigate Algebra. I understand there is not only one way to understanding Algebra. This is often the issue in school. The principles are not being explained in different ways. I like to approach problems in different ways when I can see the current approach doesn’t make sense.
