About Felicity
I am a professional musician who has been playing for over two decades. I have experience teaching both children and adults and specialise in classical styles, though have experience in contemporary music too!
I am also well versed in theory, if you're interested in writing or understanding music better.

About the lesson

I teach traditional classical styles, and usually incorporate music reading and theory into my methodology.
Class structure will depend on the focus of each individual student, but usually involve warm- up exercises, learning of new repertoire and playing/ performance practice.
I find that students perform best when they are learning repertoire that they engage with, so I take care to assist students in selecting their pieces.
Any students wishing to undertake exams is welcome to. I have experience assisting students to prepare for AMEB piano, theory and singing exams.

The above rate is based on a half hour lesson. Payment is made on the day of the lesson in cash. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee
