About Sophia
Finding a tutor can be a brilliant way of improving your grades at school. Whether you need help with algebra or forces, I have a vast number of teaching resources and experience to guide you to success. Being a student not long ago I can establish a strong rapport and I understand how hard learning in a classroom can be. I have taught students for a year and I am currently studying for my Physics degree at Durham University, so I have the passion and knowledge to be a successful tutor.

Each individual student has a unique approach to learning. Therefore, I tailor each lesson to enhance success through access to extensive resources and understanding weaknesses/strengths. Lessons are typically 1 hr long with weekly homework and range from KS1 to GCSE. I tutored 3 students during the summer term and I was the leader of The Physics Society in my sixth form for a year. I regularly helped students up to GCSE with Maths and Physics questions, ensuring they gained full knowledge of the topic content.
