About Vindya
I have worked as an English Instructor for more than two years and have taught more than two hundred students. I have a BA degree from University of Peradeniya (Sri Lanka). Teaching a variety of students has taught me how to understand unique needs of students and their learning styles.

My teaching method vary from student to student depending on their level of competency. I initially use a flexible teacher centered approach to gain an understanding about the student. Then i encourage the student to take an active part in the discussions and lessons and to gain knowledge in different ways. I use creative and attractive activities to create enthusiasm in students.
