About Kaden

Music has been a big part of my life since I first picked up a guitar in 2015 and a bass shortly after. Since then, I’ve played in bands, practiced with musicians of all skill levels, and spent countless hours learning how to make music feel natural and enjoyable. Bass has become my main instrument, but I also play guitar comfortably and love helping others learn both. I’ve been performing regularly since 2022 and played over 40 live shows in 2025 alone. Both bands I’ve been part of have performed across Ohio, which has given me experience playing with others, staying consistent, and staying calm under pressure. Outside of performing, I serve as the tech director and sound producer for my church’s worship services, where I handle setup, audio mixing, and live-stream production. That role has deepened my understanding of sound, timing, and teamwork. What motivates me most is seeing beginners realize that they can play. I enjoy creating a patient, encouraging space where students learn step by step, develop good habits, and start making music they’re proud of. Whether someone wants to play casually, join a band, or simply understand their instrument better, I’m excited to help them get there.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed mainly for beginners and early-intermediate players who want to feel confident on guitar or bass without getting overwhelmed.

Each session is simple and focused. We start with a short warm-up, learn one or two key skills, and then apply them to a real song the student enjoys. I explain things clearly, move at the student’s pace, and make sure they always leave with a doable practice plan.

Instead of loading students with theory at the start, I teach rhythm, good technique, and how the fretboard works. As students improve, we gradually add theory, ear training, and creative skills like improvising or writing parts.

What sets me apart is my coaching approach. I help students set realistic goals, break challenges into small steps, and stay motivated. Lessons are supportive, structured, and focused on steady progress.

My lessons are ideal for:

- new players
- self-taught students who feel stuck
- teens who want structure
- adults learning for the first time
- beginners on bass who want strong timing and groove

All students are welcome, the goal is progress, confidence, and enjoying the instrument.
