About Olivia

I am very approachable and understanding with all learners so I will take my time to ensure everything is understood and consolidated. I am in education currently so I know the correct and successful tools to revise. I would love to teach as I have a social personality and love working with people to achieve a goal, in this case it is amazing grades :)

About the lesson

I am a friendly tutor that is willing to help anyone achieve their desired grade. I have level 7 in IGCSE mathematics, and I am currently completing A-level maths at Sutton High School. My background is founded in a private school (Croydon High School) so I am well informed of the best teaching techniques, which can be better delivered on a 1:1 basis. I learn to adapt to the child's learning preferences and needs to have a successful session. I use past paper questions, online textbooks and my own notes to teach. I recommend completing a small amount of homework after each session to consolidate the knowledge, and to see how the child gets on without help, so we can talk about the difficulties and work on them in the next upcoming session. I am very flexible to tutor according to your own schedule.
