About Hanan
I’m currently a university student with a strong background in Math, having performed well in it throughout high school. I’ve always enjoyed the problem-solving side of Math and the satisfaction that comes with finally understanding a concept.
I’m interested in teaching because I know how frustrating Math can feel when it isn’t explained clearly. I want to help students get past that point and experience the same clarity and confidence that made me enjoy the subject.
I also enjoy working with people and being able to make a positive impact on someone’s learning. For me, tutoring is not just about improving marks, but helping students feel more confident and capable in their abilities!

My lessons are focused on helping students truly understand Math, not just memorize steps. I break down each concept into simple, clear explanations and guide students through problems step-by-step at a pace that works for them.
I create a comfortable, low-pressure environment where students can ask questions freely and build confidence without feeling judged. Instead of doing the work for them, I help students think through problems on their own so they develop strong problem-solving skills.
Each lesson is tailored to what the student is currently struggling with. We start by identifying problem areas, work through examples together, and then practice similar questions until the concept feels natural.
My goal is to make Math feel less overwhelming and help students become more confident and independent in their learning.
