About Emily
I’m a dedicated student currently studying Specialist Mathematics and Mathematics Methods, and I enjoy working through challenging problems and understanding how mathematical concepts fit together. I want to teach because I know that math can sometimes feel overwhelming, and I’d love to help students become more confident by explaining concepts clearly and working through problems step-by-step. I’m patient, encouraging, and happy to adapt lessons to each student’s level, whether they need help understanding a topic, practicing questions, or preparing for assessments.

Lessons will be tailored to each student’s individual level, needs and goals. We can work through current school topics, homework, practice questions and areas the student finds challenging. I’ll explain concepts clearly and break difficult problems into manageable steps, while encouraging students to work through questions independently and build their confidence. Lessons can also focus on revision and preparation for upcoming tests or exams and I have a variety of questions available
