About Pawandeep
Hi, I’m Pawandeep! I’m a friendly, positive and patient person who genuinely enjoys communicating with people and helping them feel comfortable while learning. I have a college diploma in Computer Systems Technician – Software Support, which has strengthened my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. I also have several years of experience working with customers and leading teams in fast-paced environments. I enjoy explaining things clearly, listening carefully and finding simple ways to approach challenging problems. I believe learning works best when students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and trying again. I’m excited to help students develop stronger math skills while building confidence in themselves.

I believe every student can understand math when it is explained in the right way. My lessons turn complicated questions into small, understandable steps, so students can see that math is something they can learn—not something they need to fear. I use friendly explanations, examples and guided practice for Grades 1–8. Students are encouraged to ask questions, think through problems and discover solutions with my guidance. Whether it is homework, practice or test preparation, my goal is to leave every student feeling a little more confident than when the lesson began.
