About Simon
I am a fully qualified maths teacher based in Cambridge. I completed my PGCE in Secondary Mathematics at the University of Cambridge last year, and now teach from ages 11 to 18 Further Maths. My masters and undergrad were at the University of Oxford, studying physics with a focus on particle and interdisciplinary study.

Given my background as a teacher, I am experienced in tailoring lessons to suit the needs of a class: week by week I teach groups of both 30 students but also 2. Therefore, my teaching method is varied and custom-fit. I would always start by assessing the needs of those tutored, and from there build a plan.

Simon is an excellent teacher: enthusiastic, clear and organised. His wide understanding of concepts in Maths and Physics allows him to explain problems in a simple and thorough way. Simon is also very engaging and communicates ideas well.
