About Leigh
I have taught a variety of classes including a fusion of Pilates, hand weights and dance for 13 years at Ormond Gym.
Currently I teach Barre Sculpt and Pilates for a range of ages and fitness levels at South Caulfield Community House..
My background includes a Diploma in Recreation Leadership.

I am friendly supportive and love to share ideas with students to express their creativity and individuality
Lessons are geared for any student who has passion and enthusiasm to learn and grow regardless of age and background.
The lesson structure is easy to follow step by step starting with warm up and broken down learning and practicing each exercise for each body and muscle part and what benefit it plays then finishing with cool down and stretch..
I cover all correct technique and safety with each move ensuring correct breathing techniques.
Once we are confident with exercise technique we put together some choreography and music suitability which the student may choose and adding hand weights is optional.,
The student then teaches an entire class with feedback and any qustions ideas or concerns they have

I would not charge travel less than 10 kms away however if over 10 kms a $10 fee applies
Cancellation fee only applies if student does not replace booking with another time
