About Georgia
Online and in-person lessons available. Current DBS check. I am a friendly and experienced flautist who has recently graduated from Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama with a BMus (Hons). I perform regularly with my chamber ensemble, the Anatis Trio, and in 2022 I was a member of the National Youth Orchestra of Wales. I have recently moved to Edinburgh and am working with Dunedin Consort. In my spare time I enjoy running, going to the gym and baking. I also play the saxophone.

I have been teaching at a local music school in Cardiff for two years and am enthusiastic, patient, calm and organised. I will endeavour to adapt my lessons to my pupil's needs and requirements. I have had experience of great teachers and would look to emulate the elements of the lessons that I felt were most effective. I have a wide variety of resources to help you learn your instrument and explore classical music. I am happy to prepare students for ABRSM and Trinity exams from grade 1-8. My students have a 100% pass rate. Progressing through my musical career I have experienced a number of teaching styles and so I aspire to create a fun, supportive, yet productive teaching environment.
