About Moe
Hi, My name is Moe :)
I’m 25 years old and from Shizuoka, Japan.
After graduating from university, I decided to pursue my long-time dream of studying abroad, and I am currently living in Melbourne, Australia.
I was born and raised in a rural area in Japan.
After graduating from high school, I moved to Tokyo for university and lived there for seven years.
I’d love to share and talk about these two very different lifestyles with you!
I worked at a hotel in Tokyo, where I enjoyed helping guests learn basic Japanese and Japanese culture, as well as supporting their travel plans. ️️
I like learning languages, Japanese culture, meeting people from different countries, and traveling!
As someone who is also learning English as a second language, I truly understand both the enjoyment and the challenges of language learning!

I can also explain in English when needed.

Hiragana, Katakana, basic grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, conversation practice
(Kanji is optional depending on your goal)
Upper beginner–intermediate (A2–B1)
Everyday conversation (hobbies, family, shopping, etc.)
Intermediate–advanced (B1–C2)
Deeper discussions, Japanese news, articles, blogs, etc.

JLPT exam preparation, travel Japanese, culture, academic or business Japanese
Everyone has different goals when learning Japanese.
Some study systematically with textbooks, while others focus on improving conversation skills.
In any case, my lessons are designed to help you build a clear and deep understanding of Japanese.
Also I aim to create a relaxed and friendly space where you can speak comfortably, just like talking with a friend!
