About Andrew
I’m a Karate Black Belt, First Aid certified and hold a Working With Children Check (WWCC). My martial arts background has given me a strong understanding of technique, movement, discipline and how to break skills down in a way that is easy to understand.

My lessons are mostly 1-on-1 and tailored to you, whether you’re completely new to boxing, want to improve your technique, get fitter, or simply build more confidence.
I like to keep sessions relaxed, encouraging and practical. We’ll work on the fundamentals such as stance, footwork, punches, kicks, combinations, defence and movement, while gradually building your fitness, coordination and confidence. I’ll adjust the pace depending on your experience and goals, so you won’t be thrown into anything you’re not ready for.
Most sessions can be 60, 90 or 120 minutes, depending on what suits you best.
Lessons are suitable for complete beginners through to people with some boxing experience, including adults and younger students. You don’t need to be fit before you start! We can build that along the way.
And while lessons are primarily one-on-one, you’re welcome to bring a friend along for free if you’d feel more comfortable training together or just want someone to join in with you.
The goal is simple: learn proper boxing/ kickboxing skills, get a great workout, and actually enjoy the process.
