I've been taking 1:1 lessons with Caitlin for almost a year, and the progress has been genuinely surprising. I went from relying mostly on my arm to using my full body for a forehand — something I never managed to crack in three years of lessons elsewhere.

What I appreciate most is how she builds awareness. She helps you understand how each stroke path affects where the ball goes, so the feedback actually sticks instead of flying out of your head the moment you step off the court. My serve finally has proper form and is getting to a place where I can count on it.

She knows her stuff and doesn't take herself too seriously, which makes the whole thing fun. I pretty much always walk away from a session in a good mood.
