Learning the alphabet, the 3 tones and how and when to use them then progressing to basic words and sentence structure and reading out aloud. I will have books in Greek and will give homework which will be writing in Greek of whatever you'd like making it 1 page and then seeing how with each lesson where you are at and how you are progressing to then know what to then teach.
Piano tutoring will include learning the major and minor scales and the tricks to remembering how to read notes for sheet music. From there I will give you music book where you'll learn songs like star wars, or if you have a song you hear on radio and want to learn to play I can help achieve that. Learning base and treble clef and basic timing.
Personal Training I will ask what your goals are whether it be toning or losing weight or both. Setting a meal plan and for each session I will have a circuit including different exercises to get a full body work out. The session will start with a warm up which will be jogging or skipping. Then circuit where this will be tough using full effort then end with stretching to prevent soreness the day after.
