About Mera
I love teaching, especially students who aged from 5-18 years old can learn quickly if they have a good educator.. The can be influenced by their role model educator. They only need to be guided and understand how to start first steps of learning. What they need to do in hard times, that's why they need supportive teachers who are able to understand these ages and all the challenges students might have in recent times.

I am a good communicator woth students, parents, and work colleagues.
I am a flexible educator, very patiant, a good listener, and open minded.. I can be friendly but with setting up some respectful rules.
My philosophy is that the successful teacher can make changes in each child's future. Every student can learn in different rates and in different learning teaching methods. plus positive and encouraging ways of dealing with students. I can provide safe and supportive learning environment. Because of my work experience, I am able to engage students in the given learning tasks and they can be motivated via a variety of activities, related to their age and academic level. It is very important and recommended to provide activities with differentiation.
