I will teach you to read labels and explain why sugar is so dangerous, and give you alternatives. Quitting sugar does not mean never eating sweets or desserts again.
Life is about balance and I will explain how we can still have a glass of wine or beer. You will not have to give up all the good things in life but you will learn how to bring a balance back in. And you will look terrific again and feel much younger and energetic.

I am a fully qualified Physical Trainer with the British Royal Navy. I have been a Flight Attendant with Qantas, appearance matters. I will teach you about good wholesome foods. To eat the organic way does not necessarily mean more expense. I will help you combine fasting, yes not eating, to your lifestyle and you will be amazed at how quickly you will start to feel better. I will explain what happens to your body when you choose the wrong foods and even better, what happens when you eat the right foods. I have access to many recipes that do not involve hours standing in the kitchen. You will learn how to make foods for the whole family and your children will still love you.

I was schooled in Wales, GB but I have lived and worked in Australia and Germany.
My qualifications are with the British Royal Navy however my skills have mostly come from life itself.
As a Physical Trainer and Flight Attendant I learned the value of a good appearance.
As we get older we also get slower and less flexible.
My methods involve light fitness, walking, swimming, Callanetics, yoga and cycling. Organic food incorporated and it becomes a healthy balance.
My skills lie in teaching you how to combine food with fasting and light exercise.
