About Kenneth

Hi I am a sound designer and composer : ) You can call me Ken. I’ve worked in the game industry since 2012. I have designed sound effects for many games and game trailers. I had recruited and directed voice talents to record multilingual in-game voice overs for many games. I am also a mixing engineer which means I can post edit the vocal material, or mix a multi tracked music piece to professional quality. I am also experienced in composing and producing music for various projects, including games, trailers and films etc. I finished my sound design master at the University of Edinburgh in 2018. I’m living in London Ealing at the moment.

About the lesson

First of all I am very sorry to everyone who messaged in the past year... I missed those messages totally since I had not signed in to this site for so long and I did not have phone notifications for it neither. I will check more often for sure from now on...very sorry (edited 2021 Aug 31 )

I can teach you how to improvise, compose, arrange, mix and master a piece of music professionally. My teaching method is project based. I believe practicing on production is essential for a student to improve. You are encouraged to bring and share your music projects and I could give you my feedback on some technical parts of it as well as to give you some of my personal thoughts and feelings for your music. You can also simply describe the kind of music you want to make or send me some reference tracks on youtube. I am sure I can help you with that. My primary software is Logic Pro. It is best if you are using Logic or GarageBand so we can share projects easily.

I love doing music visualization too. I can show you different ways to map volume info from different tracks/ midi messages into attributes of some kind of visual elements in different softwares to create interestin results.
