I like to tailoring my approach to each student, finding out their most effective learning techniques and applying it to their learning. I go through the syllabus topic by topic making sure that the student understands each topic before moving onto the next. The student is tested at the end of each topic and at the start of the next session to ensure that the information has been retained following the Ebbinghaus learning/forgetting curve theory.
