About Jessica
Hi, I’m Jessica! I recently completed my A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry and Maths and I’m currently taking a gap year before university. I achieved a Grade 8 in GCSE Biology and Maths as well as a B in A-Level Biology.
I’m friendly, patient and approachable, and I enjoy helping people understand things that initially seem complicated. I’ve also completed a Level 2 Community Sports Leadership Award and I’m currently studying towards a Level 4 Personal Training qualification, which has given me further experience in communicating, supporting and working with others.
Having completed GCSEs fairly recently, I remember the challenges of learning the content and preparing for the exams, and I’d love to use that experience to help other students feel more confident in Biology.

My lessons are friendly, relaxed and tailored to each student’s needs. I can help with understanding difficult GCSE Biology and Maths topics, going over content from school, revision, exam questions and exam technique.
I like to break complicated topics down into simple steps and then use practice questions to make sure the student can apply what they’ve learnt. Lessons can also focus on specific areas a student is struggling with or preparation for upcoming tests and exams.
As I completed my GCSEs relatively recently myself, I understand what the course and exams are like from a student’s perspective.
I’m primarily offering online GCSE Biology lessons, with in-person lessons around the Banbury area also possible.
