About Joe
I have been teaching GCSE maths in Further Education for 3 years. During this time I have worked with students from a variety of vocational backgrounds, which gives me the skills to contextualise maths across a range of disciplines. I have tutored a handful of students outside of my regular teaching, and I have 100% success rate in achieving their desired outcomes.

I like to get to know a student's strengths/weaknesses through diagnostic testing, before developing a personal learning plan which sets out the areas each student needs to focus on in order to make progress.
I then use a range of sourced and self-developed resources to deliver an interesting, interactive and rich learning experience, giving students the opportunity to experiment with their understanding of a topic.
I like to give my students the freedom to learn.
