About Esperanza
My main motivation that drove me to become a teacher is the fact that when I was a student in secondary school I wished that I had a teacher who would focus on my needs rather than generalising the lessons to what others struggled with. Despite this I worked hard and excelled in maths to get a Grade 7 which has now allowed me to study A-level maths in college.

Having already gone through the GCSE system myself I understand the struggles each student will face with such a demanding subject so my lesson will be specially tailored to you. My lesson format will include a starter where you refresh your memory on previous topics, the core part of the lesson where I teach you the content and discuss misconceptions as well as giving you time to attempt questions independently.
