About Eloise
I am Eloise Barratt, I want to teach as I want to inspire others that maths is interesting. When I was younger I used to hate maths as I just didn’t understand it and could not ever get the right answer. This all changed when I got a tutor, I was motivated to do maths. I felt confident and comfortable with questions. I asked for help when I got stuck. This lead me to take Maths A Level in which I achieved a C in. I hope that this experience allows me to relate to others as I know how they are feeling and what they are going through.

Within my sessions I am happy to do 1-1 teaching or group teaching. We will focus on one topic each session to allow enough time for the students to get a good understanding of it. I will focus on getting there working on the page before writing down the answer. Each session will consist of some basic questions to begin with, a YouTube video, explanations of different ways to do questions, different difficulties of questions, going through each question to allow them to get an understanding if they went wrong, and finally a Q&A for the last 5 minutes.
