About Pedro
I am a Geologist Engineer with more than 8 years of professional experience in the mining industry.
Throughout my career, I have worked with companies such as Orbia, Fresnillo plc, Tecmin Servicios, Servicios Drilling, and Advance Gold Corp.
I have worked in different mining operations and projects, including Juanicipio and Proaño with Fresnillo plc, Aranzazú with Aura Minerals, Charcas and Santa Bárbara with Grupo México, and Las Cuevas with Orbia.
My professional experience includes working as a Senior Ore Control Geologist, Project Resident, Operations Supervisor, and Safety Supervisor.
My background includes geological mapping, ore control, QA/QC, diamond drilling, drilling planning, equipment operation and maintenance, personnel supervision, and mining safety.
I enjoy sharing my professional experience and helping students understand how geology and mining are applied in real-world situations.
I teach in Spanish and adapt my lessons to each student’s level, goals, and learning needs.
