About Claudia
Hi there! My name is Claudia and I´m a qualified modern language teacher from Austria. In Austria I taught English as a foreign language but since I moved to the UK in September I´ve been working as a German language assistant in various schools. So far, I´ve mostly worked with pupils aged 10-18, focussing mostly on oral proficiency. However, I´m happy to help you throughout any stage of your German language learning process and I can help with any area of German you would like to work on.

As a tutor, it is very important to establish a good rapport with my students. To me, that´s one of the most important aspects when it comes to learning a language. Furthermore, I find it vital to gear my lessons to the individual interests of students, in order to make the language learning process more fun. Plenty of opportunities to practise as well as varied methods are also key in learning a language in my opinion.
