Holding certifications in SAFE and CSM, I've spearheaded transformations for Fortune 500 companies, as well as within federal and software development sectors.
My approach focuses on cultivating an agile environment that fosters psychological safety, deep collaboration among team members, radical transparency, and a continuous feedback loop to ensure alignment with stakeholders.
