About Sarah
I have been mentoring and helping students in mathematics for 6 years now. I was put in charge of running the extension maths class in year 7 of primary school when the principal (who previously ran the group) retired and every student in the group finished the year with an A in maths. Furthermore, I have plenty of experience with examinations as I ranked 4th in the IGNITE test and was offered a 75% scholarship to a private school through the ACER scholarship exams. Through self-study I completed 3 years worth of high school maths in year 8 and through the IGNITE program skipped a year in all subjects.

My teaching method revolves around explaining a concept and developing skills in that concept aimed at problem solving (an important component of all standardised maths tests). I go through material as quickly and efficiently as possible and set out an outline of content to cover early on.
