About Seipati
I am a teacher by profession, i have majored in Accounting and Business Studies. I started tutoring whilst I was in vafsity, helping children im the community with Accounting thereafter i graduated and got a job as a junior lecturer whereby i taught Accounting, Business management and Sales. I moved to another institution tp teach lower grades Business Studies.

I believe in constructivism. That human learning is constructed, that learners build new knowledge upon the foundation of previous learning.
This prior knowledge influences what new or modified knowledge an individual will construct from new learning experiences
Therefore this theory requires me to use a learner centered approach whereby the learner or student is responsible for learning while the tutor is responsible for facilitating the learning.
It works because the learner becomes more involved.
