About Safia
I’m a year 12 student. I want to teach because since I’m around your age group I’d be able to understand the stress that many students go through as I’m currently going through exams myself.
I’ve received all grade 9’s in GCSE Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
Teaching has always been my passion as I’ve once failed my Year 10 mocks and want to help others who went through something similar so that they can enjoy learning again.

About the lesson

My lessons will be in order of the specification. I teach both Edexcel and AQA Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics and Higher and foundation.
In an hour lesson I’ll break down the topic in 20 minutes, and use the remaining 40 minutes to attempt past paper questions and to mark them together. This is because I believe in active recall, you must learn how to output the knowledge you know more than you input (which is more passive).
