Warm-Up (10 mins)
Balloon Tap: Keep balloon in air with racquet (hand-eye coordination).
Agility Ladder: Quick feet drills (side steps, hops).
2. Stroke Basics (15 mins)
Forehand/Backhand: Coach feeds soft balls; kids aim at colorful targets.
"Clean the Court": Hit balls to "trash can" (hoop) to score points.
3. Fun Game (15 mins)
"Jailbreak": Hit past coach to "free" teammates (encourages accuracy).
4. Cool-Down (5 mins)
Stretching & High-Fives: Celebrate successes!
