About Cesc
What I enjoy the most about tutoring is sharing knowledge, and there's no better reward than seeing the students' interest reflected. I feel truly grateful when I see a student's real interest and passion about a topic, asking questions about it... But what I do enjoy the most is seeing students personal growth, how they assimilate and develop skills useful for his/her person in life.

I teach in an untraditional way, making students think and inviting them to be reflexive, question everything and do not take anything for granted without thinking it through. Furthermore, I am caring and empathic with students needs and different personalities. Everyone is different and needs specific adjustments to his/her way of learning.
The most important things a tutor can do for a student for mi consideration would be listening to my students and get to know them in order to adjust and assess my strategy and way of teaching as a tutor, and in that way the tutor can be the most creative as it can, giving hints and techniques to students on how to think by themselves, question everything in order to problem-solve.

I can also teach Spanish (I speak native Spanish, as I am born and raised in Barcelona), science and economics. Also a little bit of Italian as I lived in Rome for a year :)
