About Kaiting

Hello! I am a Psychology Honors graduate and Master of Counselling student who also completed Grade 8 mainstream piano with the Australian Music Examinations Board (AMEB). I have been playing piano for over 20 years. I love teaching others so that they can share the same passion for music I have. As a Psychology graduate, I also have invaluable skills such as rapport-building and active listening that will help you to learn to the best of your ability. For those with younger kids, I also have a Working With Children’s Check and have an up-to-date Police Check.

About the lesson

Hey! I love teaching others so that they can share the same passion for music I have. As a Psychology graduate, I understand different learning theories and I like to combine positive reinforcement with piano teaching to ensure you enjoy learning and develop a passion for music!

Lessons can be between 30-60 minutes, incorporating fundamental skills (scales and theory) with pieces of various styles (contemporary, classical etc).
