About Victoria
I am an excellent math tutor and would love to teach students who require assistance with a variety of math topics.
While I don’t have a professional background in teaching, I do however have experience tutoring my younger brother (Grade 8) and my younger sister (Grade 11) in different math topics. Some feedback from past peers I have taught at my school is that I am a wonderful teacher that I should take on roles that provide me to do so.
Although I am in Grade 12 I still remember different concepts and topics taught in elementary and Junior level math in high school. To my advantage, I have younger siblings, therefore I am able to identify what has changed in the curriculum.

During the lesson: I introduce the topic, go over it with the student, let the student practice, review it at the end of the tutoring session and also give assessments to ensure the student understands. I also try different teaching methods to correspond with different students learning style.
