I am a Grade 11 student who has been advised by my teachers to tutor Grade 11 and younger. I have volunteer experience in tutoring through my school, which was recommended by my guidance counsellor. I also took Grade 11 functions in Grade 10.

My personal method involves walking a student through the process of a question similar to the one they are struggling with. This allows them to understand what to do in a different context. By practising theory elsewhere, with less pressure, concepts begin to come more easily.

Haya and I had a math class together so she was able to help me quite a bit. Haya is extremely skilled at math and she is a very accommodating person. She understands that everyone has a different understanding of mathematics and will work extra hard to make sure that you understand every concept. I recommend her highly because i have been helped by her multiple times and each time I left with a much higher understanding, which is indicative of her tutoring capabilities. Overall, Haya is a phenomenal choice for someone looking to develop a better understanding of mathematics!
