I establish my credibility through my subject knowledge and experience, while also being honest when I need to verify information. I share my knowledge by breaking complex topics into simple, manageable steps and using examples that students can relate to. Most importantly, I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and improving. As a tutor, my approach is student-centered. I first understand the learner’s needs, current level, goals, and learning style. I then explain concepts in a simple and organized way, using examples, practical exercises, and questions to make learning more interactive. I encourage students to ask questions and make mistakes because I believe mistakes are part of learning. I also give constructive feedback and adjust my teaching approach based on their progress. My goal is not only to share knowledge, but to help students understand, apply what they learn, become more confident, and eventually become independent learners.
