About Renold
I’m a Los Angeles–based music producer working across K-Pop, C-Pop, and global commercial pop projects. My work focuses on building pitch-ready demos and production systems that align with real A&R expectations and industry timelines.
Rather than teaching software operation or isolated techniques, I help producers and songwriters understand the decision-making process behind commercially viable music — including arrangement strategy, vocal production, and how to translate creative briefs into executable sonic direction.

Production Thinking for Commercial Music
This course is designed for producers and songwriters who want to move beyond surface-level techniques and develop a structured understanding of how commercially viable music is actually built.
Instead of focusing on isolated tricks, plugins, or stylistic imitation, the course breaks down the decision-making framework behind modern pop production — including how arrangement, sound selection, vocal production, and mix direction interact to support topline writing, artist branding, and A&R expectations.
Students will learn how to:
• Analyze production choices from a structural perspective
• Translate creative briefs into executable sonic direction
• Build demo-ready tracks efficiently under industry timelines
• Balance energy vs. listenability for long-form commercial releases
• Design arrangement and vocal production to support topline retention
• Understand how production affects pitch success in K-Pop / C-Pop pipelines
