I believe in conceptual understanding of subject knowledge. I have focused more on problem-solving with time management because competition nowadays is all about that. So students need to be fast and accurate rather than studying more and more chapters. Being a student myself, I feel I have a better connection with the students while understanding their learning goals for concept clearance.
