I'm Maureen.
I have a Graduate Certificate in TESOL and TEFL and many years of experience working with people from different backgrounds. My work has taught me how to listen, encourage and support people as they learn new skills.
I believe learning English should be a positive experience. I am patient, friendly and understanding. I explain things clearly and make sure lessons match your needs and goals.
Whether you are learning English for work, study, travel or everyday life, I will help you build your confidence one step at a time.

Learning English can be hard, but I am here to help. I offer friendly, one-on-one English lessons in a relaxed and supportive way. Every lesson is made just for you. We will learn at a pace that is right for you.
I have a Graduate Certificate in TESOL and TEFL. I enjoy helping people from different countries and cultures learn English and feel more confident.
We can practice: Speaking; Listening; Reading; Writing; Grammar; Pronunciation (how to say the words); New words (vocabulary)
I can also help you with English for work, study, travel or everyday life in Australia.
Most lessons are 60 minutes. I explain things in a simple way and give you lots of time to practice. You can ask questions at any time. I will help you build your confidence step by step.
I teach children, teenagers and adults. I welcome students at all English levels, from beginners to advanced learners.
My goal is simple: To help you feel confident using English in everyday life.
