About the lesson

Magandang Araw po, call me Kuya Alvin. I am Tagalog and Ilocano tutor. I teach conversational Tagalog and Ilocano. In my lesson, we're going to dive into the beauty of Tagalog and Ilocano language. You will learn culture and history, vocabulary and essential phrases that will help you navigate everyday conversation such as greetings, food, asking for directions and many more. I look forward to seeing you in one of my classes. Maraming Salamat at kita-kits po!

Alvin is an excellent teacher. He is well qualified, experienced (especially with online language teaching). He is always well prepared, with good materials, interesting and fun lessons. He has been teaching me Tagalog for 3 months and I look forward to each and every lesson. He is very professional, communicates clearly and is a great ambassador for Filipino culture.
