About Abir
I started teaching during my master's degree at Iowa State University where I was assigned to tutor undergraduate students fundamental C and Java programming. It was really exciting to see students learn something by solving the "puzzles" and realizing the solution the way I figured them out when I first came across the same topic. I have mentored several teams of students later in the years with their capstone projects and thought I should continue teaching part time for the same reasons!

I usually go over your school's textbook as the bare minimum of what you should learn and provide more context via exercises and worksheets that I either make myself or take snippets of from various sources that I've used in the past. Followed by short quizzes every few days to make sure you understand the topic.
