My teaching method is approachable and interactive, I make sure the student is never lost in translation and that they are comfortable with the progress that they are making. I like to involve the student in helping me pick the topic for the next day so I know what it is they want to focus on. I prefer to be more verbal than writing down, as this builds confidence much faster.
