About Luisa

Luisa Annibali is one of the leading lights in the newest generation of jazz musicians on the Dublin jazz scene. Having moved from Rome to Dublin in 2016, she has quickly established herself in the scene with her boundless enthusiasm and vocal prowess. Performing both in Ireland and Italy, with her original project she blends music from her native Italy with Brazilian tinges and contemporary jazz making ample room for her distinctive voice to shine through. Her new track ‘My Own Paradise’ is a perfect example of her own personal take on jazz music, mixing feminist themes in her lyrics with contemporary jazz undertones reminiscent of artists such as Esperanza Spalding and Gretchen Parlato. The music feels fresh and cutting edge while never losing sight of its roots in the jazz standard repertoire. Her lyrics are often focused on self-development and self-love. With her performances, she brings the audience throughout a joyful, inspiring, and uplifting musical and emotional journey of empowerment and consciousness.

About the lesson

I love to teach every level and every style to help people find their real voice, right technique, and the confidence needed. I teach in English, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese. My slogan as a teacher could certainly be: "Practice and learn how to use the right technique, find your voice and stop imitating others, you are unique!" Every class is customized in consideration of the student's needs and goals. I am accepting any students that want to sing just for fun or be professionals. Singing is a very healthy activity so I welcome everyone even if they think they cannot sing. Singing is a joyful activity and everyone should be welcomed to do it, it doesn't matter how you sound, it is more about how you feel when you do it! I consider myself a qualified and inspirational singing teacher who takes care of the psychological aspects related to the learning process. I think that the empathy built with the students is fundamental in the growth of their musical and singing capacities. My main goal is to see my students communicate sincerely to the audience and show those pure emotions that they are experiencing through their voice. Here is the list of my previous and present work as Music Teacher and Vocal Coach: Music Generation Dublin City Centre - (November 2021 - 2022) - Music Tutor Sound Training Music Academy - Temple Bar (October 2021 - 2022) - VOCAL COACH Sound Training College - Temple Bar (October 2020 - 2022) - VOCAL COACH Musicantia Dublin - Unit 5D Fingal Bay, Balbriggan, Ireland - Singing Teacher (from August 2018 - 2022); Forte Piano School of Music - Dublin 7 (from October 2018 - January 2020); Private Singing and Music Theory Classes (from 2017 - Present).

️ FOR SOME REASON IT APPEARS THAT I GIVE 30 MINUTES FREE CLASS, BUT THIS IS NOT AVAILABLE ANYMORE. THE BOOKING OF EVERY CLASS IS ALWAYS UNDER PAYMENT (60€ for 1 class - 200€ for 4 classes pack). ️
