About Nicole Jihyun
I am a graduate from Bronx Science, one of the top specialized high schools in NYC, and Cooper Union Engineering, a small but prestigious college in Manhattan. Throughout my school life, I was tossed into tutoring sessions and prep schools, and have emerged with the best tips from multiple sources. I have had students ranging from 3rd to 11th grade, studying English, ESL, Geometry, Trigonometry, Chemistry, and Biology, as well as prepping for the SHSAT/SAT.

We take a very hands-on approach, with projects that excite the student. I come prepared with practice material, but have had parents and students provide their own workbooks. There is no curriculum; I base our lessons on what the student needs the most help with. I also provide basic homework help and study tips that got me through some of the top schools in NYC. One of my goals is to also help my students learn how to study on their own.
