About Stephan
I am a dedicated and caring educator with a strong passion for helping young children build confidence and a love of learning from an early age. My background in working with children has given me a deep understanding of how kids think, learn, and stay motivated — and I bring that knowledge into every session I teach.
I am patient, warm, and highly adaptable, always meeting each child exactly where they are and celebrating every step of their progress. I believe that the early years of education are the most important, and I take that responsibility seriously. Families who work with me can expect clear communication, consistent feedback, and a tutor who genuinely cares about their child's growth — both academically and in terms of self-confidence.

My lessons are designed specifically for young children (ages 4–10) and delivered entirely online in a fun, engaging, and structured environment. I use a play-based teaching approach that keeps kids curious and motivated — blending storytelling, interactive games, visual aids, and hands-on activities to make learning feel exciting rather than like a chore.
A typical lesson begins with a short warm-up activity to get your child focused, followed by a core learning segment tailored to their current level and goals, and ends with a fun review game to reinforce what they've learned. Every session is paced to match your child's attention span and adapted in real time based on how they're responding.
What sets me apart is my patience, warmth, and genuine love for working with little learners. I understand that young children need encouragement and consistency, so I create a safe, positive space where they feel confident to try, make mistakes, and grow. Parents are always welcome to sit in on sessions and I provide a brief update after each lesson so you stay informed of your child's progress.
