-Project conception, budget, drawings, building and interior specifications, furniture/fixture/equipment samples, presentation/colorboards, acquiring and interacting with contractors, on-site construction observation, move-in or occupation of space.
-I have worked as design staff and project manager for boutique to full-service architectural studios, full service boutique interior design studios, and had my own at-home interior design practice. I've worked as interior design department head and managed junior desingers and interns.
-Wide ranging portfolio of projects: luxury residential, commercial office space build-out (law offices, commercial office furniture and auto dealership) retail brands (including franchise), clothing boutiques, academic (private schools, undergraduate and post graduate facilities, military and hospitality, and a private yacht
-Designed furniture and lighting (working in wood, metal, natrual stone and glass).
-Beginners to advanced, design students, especially those that have some drawing abilities (CAD or freehand)
-Design and fabricate home fashions (using yard goods and repurposed decor)
